This report outlines the impact of droughts and floods on the natural and human environment in southern Africa during the period 2000-2003, with a particular focus on Malawi, Mozambique, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is a result of interviews, research and analysis of information collected from various institutions and organisations in the five countries.
