SADC TODAY is published six times a year by the Southern African Research and Documentation Centre (SARDC) for the SADC Secretariat in Gaborone, Botswana, as a reliable, know ledge source on the Southern African Development Community. The contents consider the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) as integral to the region’s development.
